Frequently asked questions

What is a perpetual?

A contract that tracks an asset's price and never expires: you can open a long or short position and hold it for as long as you want. To keep its price close to the market, a funding rate is paid or received every hour depending on the side of your position.

Which markets can I trade?

Crypto, tokenized stocks and macro assets like gold and silver, from one account. Every market is quoted in USD.

What do I need to start trading?

A USDC balance. Deposit via SPEI, convert to USDC and move it to Perps from the same screen. You can open a position from 10 USD.

What is funding?

The hourly funding rate that keeps the perpetual's price close to the asset's price. When it is positive, longs pay shorts; when it is negative, shorts pay longs. You see it on screen before you trade.
